Association between Perceived Organizational Polities and Work-Related Attitudes among Bankers Moderating Role of Personality Traits

چکیده

Organizational politics is evident across the globe within organizations. This emergent issue needs further investigation with reference to employee personality. The intention of current study was better understand how employees respond organizational politics. primary goal research examine moderating role personality factors on bankers' perceptions and attitudes toward their jobs (i.e. job satisfaction commitment). data were gathered from 150 working in various banks Multan, using self-reported questionnaires find political perceptions, surveys, commitment, tests. Hierarchical regression analyses used analyze model. factor that moderated link between perceived organisational work-related openness experience. Extroversion had a negative correlation. outcome depicted significant study’s findings add our understanding significance traits concerning workers view politics, level satisfaction.
